Will I have to sleep in a room with others?
No. Every client has a private room.
Is there a psychiatrist I could see?
Yes. Our Medical Director is a psychiatrist who is certified in addictions
Is there medical staff available?
Yes.  We have 24 hour on site nursing
Can my family be involved?
Yes. We have a family program that meets two nights a week. Your family will also meet with the primary therapist for family sessions.
What type of services do you provide?
We offer a wide range of treatment options including residential inpatient, day treatment, outpatient, recovery maintenance and alumni programs for alcoholism and drug addiction.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes we do! And we work with most insurance companies.
What do I need to bring if I am checking into your Residential Inpatient Treatment program?
If you think you'll be checking into our inpatient program, bring the following with you to your assessment: clothes for ten days, coins for the laundry machine, no more than $20 cash, medications and personal hygiene items.

What is the cost of your program?
You'll find that Insight is an affordable alternative to costly retreat-style or hospital programs. And our programs are covered by most insurance companies. Learn more about cost.
Is there a co-pay or deductible for insurance?
This depends on the type of insurance you have. Our admission counselors can help you determine your co-pay or deductible obligation.  You will be required to pay your insurance co-pay or deductible upon admission into our program. Check with your insurance company to find out what benefits they will cover and what the deductible will be at the time of admission.
Do I pay the full cost up-front or do you have a payment plan?
If you're self-pay and you'd like to take advantage of our treatment warranty, you must pay the full fee at the time of admission. If you are willing to waive the warranty, we do offer a payment plan. You'll pay one-half the fee at the time of admission and the final half mid-way through the treatment process. For insurance, we do require the co-pay or deductible upon admission.
Do you accept clients with dual diagnosis?
Yes, but you must have a primary diagnosis of substance abuse.
Will I receive individual counseling?
Yes, we provide individual counseling in all of our levels of care.
